American Energy Mineral Plc (AEM) is a resources company registered in Ireland, and headquartered in Madrid (Spain), is formed in order to develop coal mining and energy projects in Colombia.

 

The company is focused on its flagship metallurgical and thermal coal deposit, and currently has total interest in two resource stage coal, the major assets of the company are 13+1 coal mining concessions located over the departments of Santander and Córdoba (Colombia) with an reserves  coal potential of 365 million tons.
