Jhon is a Colombian national with over 12 years of experience in mining, with a Mining Engineering degree from the Fundación Universitaria del Área Andina, specialization in Coal Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma del Caribe, has been a underground operating engineer in the Coal Mine La Chapa (Acerías Paz del Río SA – VOTORNTIM (Brasil)), he also served as Mining Project Engineer at Minandes SA, where he was responsible for the evaluation of coal projects in the municipalities of Guaduas (Cundinamarca region in Colombia) in an area of 4,250 ha and in the municipalities of Tasco and Socota (Boyaca region in Colombia) in areas of 120 and 300 ha respectively and CI Bulk Trading South America where he was responsible for the evaluation of coal projects in the municipalities of Lenguazaque (Cundinamarca) in an area of 42 ha, and in the town of Mongua (Boyaca) where he was responsible for development work and preparation, in areas of 180 hectares, also participated in the evaluation of projects in the municipalities of Sardinata and Zulia (in North Santantander region in Colombia)
